Are your refurbished consoles tested?
Yes — every console clears a full testing-station check covering power, video, audio, controllers, media, ports, storage and thermals, plus a real-gameplay stress test. It then ships factory-reset and data-wiped, on the latest firmware where the console supports it.
What does the warranty cover?
Every console, in every condition grade, is covered by a 1-year warranty. If it fails through normal use within 1 year, we repair or replace it.
What if my console is defective?
You’re covered for a full year. If a console fails, we send a prepaid shipping label — defective returns are always free — and repair, replace or refund it.
What do the condition grades mean?
Excellent, Good and Fair describe cosmetic wear only. Every grade is 100% functional and fully tested — the grade only reflects how the console looks.
Are the consoles region-locked?
Region is noted on every listing. Many are region-free; where it matters (such as the Wii), we clearly state NTSC-US or PAL.
