Returns & Refunds

If a console isn't right for you, send it back: every order can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with free return shipping and a full refund to your original payment method. You don't need a defect or a reason.

How it works

1. Email info@techrecyclesolutions.com or call (407) 900-2358 with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
2. We reply within one business day with a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Pack the console with everything that came in the box — cables, controllers, and accessories — and drop it off with the carrier.
4. Once the return arrives back to us, we issue your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.

Condition of returned items

Returns should come back in the condition they arrived in, with the included accessories. If a return comes back with missing accessories or new damage beyond what it shipped with, we may deduct the fair replacement cost from the refund — we'll always tell you before processing it.

After 30 days

The return window closes at 30 days, but you're not on your own: every console carries our 1-year warranty covering functional defects for a full year after delivery.

Exchanges

Want a different model, storage size, or condition grade instead of a refund? Mention it when you start the return and we'll set the replacement aside while your return is in transit.
