1-Year Warranty

Every console we sell is tested by hand before it ships, and we stand behind that work: every unit, in every condition grade, is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the day your order is delivered.

What the warranty covers

Functional and hardware defects that appear under normal use during the warranty period — a console that stops powering on, a drive that stops reading discs, a controller that stops connecting, ports or outputs that fail. If the product stops doing what a working console should do, that is on us.

What it doesn't cover

• Accidental damage — drops, impacts, liquid contact, or electrical damage from power surges.
• Damage from modification, opened housings, or repair attempted outside our shop.
• Normal cosmetic wear consistent with the condition grade the unit was sold under.
• Issues caused by third-party software, accounts, or online services outside our control.

How to make a claim

Email info@techrecyclesolutions.com or call (407) 900-2358 with your order number and a short description of the problem. We respond within one business day. If the issue is covered, we pay the return shipping and — at our choice — repair the unit, replace it with an equivalent unit in the same or better condition, or refund your purchase in full.

The formal part

This limited warranty is provided by TechRecycle Solutions LLC, 111 Commerce Street, Lake Mary, FL 32746, and applies to purchases made on techrecyclesolutions.com and delivered within the United States. It lasts one (1) year from the date of delivery. Remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price as described above. Any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this written warranty; some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Within the first 30 days after delivery you are also covered by our 30-day free return policy — no defect required.
