Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, everywhere in the United States. There are no minimums and no surprise fees at checkout.

Timing

• Orders placed Monday through Friday ship within 1 business day.
• Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days from the day your order ships.
• You receive a tracking number by email the moment your order is on its way, and you can follow it any time on our order tracking page.

Carriers and packaging

Orders ship with major national carriers (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) in plain, protective packaging. Consoles are packed so they arrive the way they left our testing station.

Addresses

We ship to street addresses in all 50 states. Some carrier services we use cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories — if your address is one of these and checkout gives you trouble, contact us before ordering and we'll find a way or tell you honestly that we can't.
