Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases made on techrecyclesolutions.com, operated by TechRecycle Solutions LLC ("TRS", "we"), 111 Commerce Street, Lake Mary, FL 32746. Placing an order means you accept them.

Our products

Everything we sell is professionally refurbished, pre-owned equipment unless explicitly stated otherwise. Each unit is tested at our testing station and sold under a stated cosmetic condition grade described on the product page. Product names and brands (Nintendo, PlayStation, Xbox, Meta, and others) belong to their respective owners; TRS is an independent refurbisher and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Orders and pricing

An order is accepted when we confirm shipment. We work hard to keep listings accurate, but if a listing contains an obvious pricing or description error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than ship it. Stock levels shown on the site are updated in good faith but are not a guarantee of availability.

Shipping, returns, and warranty

Shipping is governed by our Shipping policy, returns by our 30-day return policy, and post-purchase coverage by our 1-year limited warranty. Those three pages are part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to do anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation, or to misrepresent your identity when placing orders. We may refuse or cancel orders that show signs of fraud or reseller abuse.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRS's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost data or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer-protection law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Seminole County, Florida, unless applicable law gives you the right to a different venue.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Changes apply to orders placed after they're posted.
