How to do it on your Xbox Series S

Sign out
Settings → Account → Remove accounts → remove your profile. If it’s your Home Xbox, also Settings → General → Personalization → My home Xbox → Remove.
Factory reset
Settings → System → Console info → Reset console → “Reset and remove everything.”
Remove locks
Settings → Account → Family settings → clear restrictions, and remove any passkey.
